Peace Team from Ar Yone Oo Social Development Association Organized “Gender Mainstreaming Training” at Taunggyi for 5 days from 10 July to 14 July, 2017 for NGSS with the resource person Daw Myint Myint Oo. 20 participants of NGSS staff and its partner organizations attended. The main discussions on 1) Gender and Sex, 2) Underlying Factors of Gender (Socialization, Internalization, Stereotypes and Discrimination, 3)Gender Roles, 4)Effected Listening Skill, 5)Gender Based Violence and Women Trafficking, 6)CEDAW Awareness, and 7)NASPAW Awareness were conducted and it became like TOT supports to partner staff.
